We understand that not everyone works for a large organisation and can access ongoing professional development opportunities.

That’s why we’re offering a custom-designed, proactive and solution-focused course for all employees who want to boost their performance and gain control over their daily schedule.

Participants become more efficient by learning the best strategies to clear digital and physical clutter, streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

The program includes a combination of group sessions and one-to-one coaching, whether you work from home, the office or in a hybrid structure.

It runs across 30 days, with time between sessions, so there’s space to implement and practice your new habits and learnings.

We deliver the entire program via Zoom video conferencing, including interactive group sessions and in-depth one-to-one coaching sessions.

This is more convenient for most participants as the time commitment is reduced, with the opportunity to learn from anywhere.

Cancelation policy

For all cancellations, refunds, substitutions or transfers

Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing to support@iprogress.com.au.

If you cancel more than three working days from the start of the program

iProgress will refund the full fee if we are advised in writing of a cancellation more than three working days before the program commencement date. Requests for transfers to alternate programs can be arranged based on availability in the selected program.

If you cancel less than three working days from the start of the program

If you cancel less than three working days prior to the program commencement date, fees paid will not be refunded or allocated to another program. iProgress will not accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within three working days.

Non-Attendance

Program fees will not be refunded or allocated to another program if a participant fails to attend a course.

Substitutions

Requests for substitutions must be made in writing to support@iprogress.com.au and can be made at any time up to one working day before the program commencement date.

General

iProgress reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule programs due to low enrolment numbers or other unforeseen circumstances. If iProgress cancels, postpones or re-schedules a program, participants will be offered a place on the next program or a full refund.
