The Science of Wellbeing

Held over eight to twelve weeks, these four virtual sessions dive deep into proven strategies for workplace wellbeing challenges- physical, environmental, mental and social. Participants will feel more confident and capable, boost relationships with others, increase physical vitality, and their sense of accomplishment and personal fulfilment in life.

Applied EI

  • Up to 16 people
  • 2 hours per week

This program includes six sessions held over six to twelve weeks for employees at all levels to become more self-aware, empathetic and resilient. Applied EI is built on emotional intelligence and social neuroscience and helps participants enhance their decisions, behaviour and performance to build leadership capabilities.

The Science of Enhancing Wellbeing – Introduction

  • Up to 24 people
  • 2 hours

This remote program for staff and leaders explores what wellbeing means and how our emotions affect the way we work. Participants complete an activity that identifies the different areas of wellbeing and how they can apply them to their current situation. They’ll walk away with new strategies and an action plan for enhanced wellbeing.

Wellbeing at Work – Physical and Environmental Wellbeing

  • Up to 24 people
  • 2 hours

Participants will explore the science of forming new habits and better understand their existing habits. They’ll develop techniques to implement new habits to improve their physical (diet, sleep, exercise) and environmental (physical, structured, movement) wellbeing, and how to structure a wellbeing day.

Wellbeing at Work - Mental Wellbeing

  • Up to 24 people
  • 2 hours

This session introduces three different thinking strategies for enhanced wellbeing to improve the way we think, feel and behave. Participants will learn to create healthy boundaries, both physically and within relationships. They’ll learn about emotional agility, reactions and responses while responding to triggers.

Wellbeing at Work – Social Wellbeing

  • Up to 24 people
  • 2 hours

Participants will explore ways of enhancing social wellbeing using emotional intelligence. Boost the quality of day-to-day social interactions, improve personal relationships and respond to challenging situations more effectively. Walk away with two action plans and the tools to implement them.
